Welcome to Ludens, a unique breedable pet game within the Second Life Metaverse. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Introduction: These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Ludens ("we," "us," or "our"), including our games, in-game items, virtual currencies, and any other services we may offer (collectively, the "Services").

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Game Purchases: Our Services allow you to purchase in-game items, and virtual currencies. All purchases made through our Services are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, even in the event of modifications, suspensions, or terminations of our Services.

User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your conduct while using our Services. Any Misuse of our Services, including but not limited to, fraudulent activities, exploiting software bugs, hacking, or engaging in activities that disrupt the service (commonly known as 'griefing'), may result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from using our Services in the future.

Pricing Minimum: All Ludens will be priced at a minimum of no less than 500 Linden Dollars. Failure to adhere to this rule, is a violation of the TOS.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by or licensed to Ludens. Unauthorized use of any of Ludens' intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Copy Botting:** We do not allow any copybotting of any of our products if you are found violating this term we will report you too LL and take legal action against anyone this breaks this TOS If the person does not comply we reserve the right to remove access to all Ludens vendors moving forward. ***

We do not allow any of our designs to be taken or copied out side Second Life. We have invested a lot of time and money making this creation so please respect this and please do not ask for a License to take outside Second Life as this will be turned down

Restrictions on Use: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or tamper with any part of our Services or its associated intellectual property. Sales on secondary markets are permitted, provided they do not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided and we aim to fix any problem a customer may have if we cannot fix it then we will replace the broken product as long as its not been tampered with or modified in anyway by anyone other than our CSR Team. Our services also offer Customer Service representative to deal with any enquires within a timely fashion within 24 hours time.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ludens shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Services.

Changes to Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our Services at any time for any reason, without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the service.

Virtual Jurisdiction and Conflict Resolution: Given the unique nature of our metaverse environment, any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will be governed by the internal laws and regulations set forth within Second Life, as updated from time to time. In the event of a dispute, users are required to first seek resolution through in-metaverse methods.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ludens and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Services.
